MyPremiumIPTV provides IPTV streaming services for personal, private entertainment use only. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our service, ensure fair use for all subscribers, comply with applicable laws, and prevent misuse that could harm other users or third parties.
2. Permitted Uses
The following uses of our service are explicitly permitted:

Multi-Device UseUsing your subscription on the number of devices permitted by your plan (as specified at checkout).

Compatible Player AppsInstalling and using any compatible IPTV player (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, VLC, etc.) with your credentials.

VPN UsageUsing a VPN to protect your privacy while streaming, provided the VPN is not used to bypass geographic restrictions in a fraudulent manner.
3. Prohibited Uses
Any prohibited use will result in immediate account suspension without warning and without refund. Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Reselling or RedistributionSelling, sharing, sublicensing, or redistributing access to our service to others for profit or otherwise. This is the most serious violation of this policy.

Public ScreeningBroadcasting or displaying our streams in bars, restaurants, hotels, public venues, or any commercial setting without separate commercial licensing.

Credential Sharing Beyond Your PlanSharing your M3U URL, login credentials, or EPG links with individuals outside your household, or providing them to IPTV reseller panels.

Recording & DistributionRecording our streams and distributing, uploading, or hosting the recorded content on any platform, website, or file-sharing service.

Automated Access & ScrapingUsing bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or any non-human tools to access, download, or extract content from our servers.

Reverse EngineeringAttempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or replicate any technical component of our service, including stream URLs, server infrastructure, or software.

Circumventing Security MeasuresAttempting to bypass, disable, or hack any authentication, DRM, access control, or security mechanism used by our service.

Server AbuseAny activity that places an excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to opening excessive parallel streams beyond your plan allowance.

Fraudulent ActivityProviding false information during registration, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to obtain service through deception.
4. Enforcement
We actively monitor for policy violations using technical means including but not limited to:
- Detection of simultaneous streams beyond plan limits from multiple IPs
- Unusual access patterns indicating automated or bulk stream downloading
- Identification of credentials appearing in reseller panels or public forums
- Reports from rights holders identifying unauthorized redistribution
Upon detection of a violation, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning and temporarily restrict service
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account without refund
- Report the activity to relevant law enforcement or rights holders
- Pursue civil or criminal legal action for damages
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a user violating this policy — such as reselling your subscription or sharing your credentials without your knowledge — please report it to support@mypremiumiptv.net immediately. We treat all reports confidentially.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email.
