- A valid internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming
- A compatible device (Smart TV, Amazon Firestick, Android box, PC, smartphone, or tablet)
- A compatible IPTV player application (e.g., TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV)
- An active MyPremiumIPTV subscription
Content availability, channel lineup, and features may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel or content at all times.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
3.1 Account Registration
To use our service, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@mypremiumiptv.net.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis as displayed on our pricing page. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
3.3 Free Trial
Where offered, free trials are limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address. We reserve the right to revoke free trial access at our sole discretion if abuse is detected.
3.4 Account Sharing

5. Payment & Billing

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, chargebacks, or abusive behavior toward our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for policy violations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

We do not warrant that any specific channel, program, or content will be available at any given time. Channel availability may be affected by licensing agreements, technical issues, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyPremiumIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
