4. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- If valid, promptly disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the affected user (subscriber) of the takedown where required by law
- Maintain a record of the notice per our legal obligations
The timeline for removal of infringing content will depend on the complexity of the matter, but we endeavor to act within 5 business days of receiving a complete and valid notice.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you are a subscriber and believe content was removed from your access in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the removed material and its location prior to removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action to prevent restoration.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with DMCA Section 512(i), MyPremiumIPTV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers of copyright. Accounts subject to two or more valid DMCA notices within any 12-month period may be permanently terminated without refund.
7. Misuse of DMCA Process
Warning: Submitting a false, fraudulent, or materially misrepresentative DMCA notice is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may result in significant legal liability including damages, attorney's fees, and costs. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against parties that abuse the DMCA takedown process.
